What does Functional Health Coaching include?

Consultation (& Optional Blood Test)

An in-depth consultation where we discuss your goals, challenges, and past experiences. This session is designed to understand you holistically, ensuring the subsequent steps are tailored perfectly to your needs. 

Then, if necessary,  a comprehensive blood test to get a clear picture of your current health status. This will provide insights into any imbalances or deficiencies that might be affecting your day to day life and overall wellness..

Protocol

A detailed protocol will outline all recommendations , suggestions, and other essential practices depending on our goal. This protocol is your roadmap to achieving your goals.

Implementation

With the protocol in hand, it's time to put it into action. Regular sessions together will ensure you're on the right track, making necessary adjustments and progress along the way, ensuring you stay motivated with regular check-in's.
