Social connection and accountability are key here- we check in EVERY DAY, see how you’re feeling and that you’re ticking off the few tasks that we set for each day. Before you know it they’ll be habit and you’ll feel INCREDIBLE! I launched the Women’s Wellness Collective to help bring together like-minded ladies, that want to up their health and wellness- little by little each day! When working with tired mums, or successful business ladies, there was always one glaring whole to me to help them feel their best...affordable, easy hacks to sustain going forward. We will work on your sleep, gut health, supplement suggestions, hormones, vagus nerve work/ parasympathetic nervous system, lymphatic system support to detox, and SO much more! Arming YOU with the tools you need to feel your best! I’ve limited numbers so I can give 100% to each of you every day…here’s to transforming your health and wellness in 30days!

Cancellation Policy

To change your booking, please give us at least 12hours notice. All 1:1 Consultations are subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion, as follows: -If cancelled within less than 72hours, a 50% charge applies -If cancelled within less than 24hours, we reserve the right to charge 100%
